After five years of competing in the UFC, Anderson is ready to start fresh with Bellator. He left the promotion as one of the top contenders in the division. Now with Bellator, Anderson has become an immediate threat in Bellator’s light heavyweight division. He is looking to bounce back from his knockout loss against Jan Blachowicz from February 15th at UFC Fight Night 167. An impressive win over Manhoef may lead to a number one contender fight for the Bellator light heavyweight championship.

Manhoef is on a two-fight winning streak. His last win was against Yannick Bahati by TKO at Bellator 230 on October 12, 2019. His last loss was against former Bellator middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho by knockout at Bellator 176 on April 8, 2017. At 44 years old, Manhoef is still looking to compete against the best in Bellator. A win over Anderson can set Manhoef up for a potential big fight in the light heavyweight division.
