13-Second BKFC 66 Knockout Impresses Conor McGregor

Julio Perez’s 13-second knockout at BKFC 66 caught the attention of his boss Conor McGregor, who praised Perez on social media for his sensational finish.

Julio Perez just scored a knockout that got him the attention of his boss, Conor McGregor.

But on Friday night at BKFC 66 in Hollywood, Fla., Julio Perez scored a sensational knockout of Devonte Jeffery. He face-planted Jeffery with a combination of punches just a few seconds into the bout.

Miraculously, Jeffery almost made it back to his feet to resume fighting. The referee wisely stopped the bout just 13 seconds into the action.

Of course, a bout ending in just 13 seconds was sure to grab Conor McGregor’s attention. Shortly afterward, the BKFC co-owner took to social media to shout out Perez and his spectacular finish.

McGregor famously had one of the most iconic finishes in UFC history. He knocked out long-reigned featherweight champion Jose Aldo in just 13 seconds to claim the undisputed featherweight title at UFC 194.

It remains the fastest finish in a UFC title bout. Quite a record!
