Alex Pereira’s Vicious Head Kick Knockout Wins UFC 303 Main Event

Alex Pereira defended his light heavyweight title at UFC 303 by knocking out Jiri Prochazka 13 seconds into the second round, with a slow-motion highlight reel also showcasing other notable fights from the event.

Alex Pereira continued to add to his awe-inspiring resume. He dispatched Jiri Prochazka just 13 seconds into the second round, defending his light heavyweight title in the UFC 303 main event.

The knockout happened after Pereira nearly scored a similar finish at the close of the opening round. He dropped Prochazka with a left hook that put the former champion down on the canvas.

Following that highlight reel finish, the UFC has released another look at that knockout — this time in slow motion. It’s astonishing to see how Pereira sets up the kick and then cracks Prochazka with the strike that ultimately ended his night.

The slow-motion highlight reel video also showcases the back-and-forth slugfest between Andre Fili and Cub Swanson. That fight ultimately earned Fight of the Night honors.

You can also witness Jean Sliva put Charles Jourdain down and out with his knockout victory from this past Saturday night. Check out these thrilling moments!
