Leon Edwards suffered a loss to Sean Brady at UFC London, and Belal Muhammad, his longtime rival, mocked him on social media throughout the event.
Leon Edwards faced yet another crushing defeat at UFC London. And guess what? Belal Muhammad’s making sure Edwards won’t forget it anytime soon.
In the main event at the O2 Arena, Sean Brady took Edwards to school. He out-wrestled and outworked him for three rounds, before sealing the deal with a guillotine choke in the fourth. While Brady was putting on a show, Muhammad was busy live-tweeting his thoughts about Edwards, his long-time nemesis.
Just last July, Muhammad scored a decisive victory over Edwards at UFC 304 in London, snatching the welterweight title. Edwards’ camp blamed the early start time for their guy’s performance. But Muhammad? He wasn’t buying it. During the fight, he quipped, “What time is it in London? Asking for Leon.”
And he didn’t stop there. He later added a jab, “Leon’s still on 5 a.m. time zone.” Ouch.

“What time is it in London.. asking for Leon,” tweeted Belal Muhammad on March 22, 2025.
“Don’t let him bully you son,” he added in another tweet.
“Leon’s still on 5 am time zone,” he continued, keeping the banter alive.
Finally, he mused, “Just how good is Belal Muhammad.” A little self-praise never hurt anyone, right?
