Bellator Paris Card Cancelled, Fighters Rescheduled

The Bellator Paris event scheduled for November 16 has been canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, with fighters rescheduled for future dates and ticket purchasers offered a special deal for the PFL Europe Championship in Lyon on December 14.

Big news! The Bellator Paris card, set for Nov. 16, got canned.

PFL officials spilled the beans on Thursday. The Adidas Arena in Paris dropped a bombshell: “due to circumstances beyond our control, the event has been forced to be cancelled.”

PFL chimed in with their own take on the situation.

“Bellator Paris (Nov 16) is postponed,” they said. Fighters? Rescheduled for later. Tickets? Refunded. Bonus—ticket buyers get a BOGO deal for the PFL Europe Championship in Lyon on Dec. 14.”

Paris was gonna see a bantamweight title clash: champ Patchy Mix vs. Leandro Higo. Plus, Baissangour Chamsoudinov was set to face Oliver Enkamp. Quite the lineup!

Now? Crickets on the official site about the next Bellator Champions Series card slated for Tuesday, Dec. 31. No fights listed yet.

Will those Paris bouts move to that card? Your guess is as good as mine.

Last Bellator bash was in London, September. That one had its own drama—main event switcheroo with Johnny Eblen and Fabian Edwards bumped to PFL: Battle of the Giants on Oct. 19. Sara Collins stole the show by submitting Leah McCourt in London’s main event.
