BYB Bare Knuckle Boxing Secures Multi-Year Vice TV Broadcast Deal

BYB Bare Knuckle Boxing has secured a multi-year broadcast deal with Vice TV to air 13 live events starting February 22, marking Vice TV’s first major sports acquisition as it shifts towards a sports-focused programming strategy.

BYB Bare Knuckle Boxing just snagged a multi-year broadcast deal. They’ll air events on Vice TV, kicking off with their first card on Feb. 22.

This marks Vice TV’s first major sports acquisition as they pivot towards a sports-centric focus. Exciting times ahead!

“We look forward to adding live BYB Bare Knuckle Boxing, our first live event series, as a mainstay of the Vice TV schedule,” said Pete Gaffney, President of Vice TV, in a press release. “BYB is a combat sport surging in popularity, and having it on Vice TV helps us fulfill our mission of featuring provocative sports programming that our audience now expects.” Quite the mouthful, but you get the gist!

The agreement between BYB and Vice TV includes 13 live events set for prime time in 2025. Most will likely be on Saturday nights—perfect for fight fans!

Mark your calendars: Feb. 22 is the date for BYB 34 from Denver. Super lightweight champ Harry Gigliotti defends his title against Jon Barnard. Meanwhile, featherweight champ Helen Peralta faces Lailane Mota for the vacant super featherweight title. Double the action!

In recent years, BYB Bare Knuckle Boxing has expanded its reach. Their unique three-sided trigon ring, dubbed “the smallest fighting surface in combat sports,” boasts a knockout rate of 90%. Crazy, right?

Bare-knuckle fighting has skyrocketed in popularity lately. BKFC leads the charge with big names like Mike Perry, Eddie Alvarez, and Jeremy Stephens. They struck a deal with DAZN in 2024, and now BYB joins the fray with Vice TV.
