Ahead of Misfits Boxing 19, tensions flared between influencer boxers Chase DeMoor and Kelz during a press conference, resulting in a heated altercation that required security intervention after DeMoor threw water on Kelz amid trash talk about their boxing records.
As you’d expect, things got pretty intense before a Misfits Boxing event.
At Monday’s press conference for Misfits Boxing 19, influencer boxers Chase DeMoor and Kelz needed all the security they could get to keep them apart. After some classic trash talk, DeMoor decided to stand up and toss water at Kelz. Chaos ensued when Kelz grabbed DeMoor in a clinch, but luckily, they were separated before it escalated further.

The real heat kicked off when Kelz questioned DeMoor’s past opponents. DeMoor fired back, saying he fought on a pro card against a legit boxer. Kelz wasn’t buying it, dismissing DeMoor’s win over Terrick Maven, who had a record of 0-4. DeMoor shot back, claiming Maven would beat Kelz in a match. Tensions flared!
And then? The inevitable pull-apart chaos erupted. All hell broke loose!
For context, DeMoor knocked out Maven in just over 90 seconds in September, marking his second consecutive win after a rough start with five losses. Quite the turnaround.
Meanwhile, Kelz is making his second appearance at Misfits after delivering a brutal knockout to Big Tobz in the third round at Misfits Boxing 18 last month.
Misfits Boxing 19 is set for Thursday at Lusail Multipurpose Hall in Qatar. Should be an electrifying night!
