Conor McGregor Targets Artem Lobov in Vicious Posts

Conor McGregor has reignited his feud with former friend Artem Lobov, who sued him over the Proper 12 whiskey deal and defamation, by launching a renewed social media attack amid ongoing legal battles.

Conor McGregor is back at it with Artem Lobov. Once good friends and training partners, McGregor and Lobov had a falling out a few years ago.

Lobov sued the former two-division UFC champion for millions over the Proper 12 whiskey deal that saw McGregor make $600 million. Things then continued to spiral as Lobov also sued him for defamation, prompting McGregor to challenge him to a fight.

McGregor ultimately won the defamation suit, with Lobov being ordered to pay damages. But the Proper 12 legal battle continues, and on Friday, McGregor renewed his social media assault of his former friend.

“Born in Russia, in Ireland on benefits,” McGregor tweeted furiously. “You rat bastard your country is at war and you are in Ireland hiding claiming benefits and SWEARING ON YOUR CHILD’S LIFE.”

“‘Let me start by saying that I swear on my child’s life I will NOT take a cent out of the whiskey deal!!! That is something I enjoyed doing and the thought of knowing that I helped you with something keeps me warm on the coldest of nights.’ Swearing on your child’s life you sick rat c*nt,” he continued.

“YOU DONE FCK ALL ON MY DEAL YOU FCKING CLOWN,” he added angrily. “REST IN PISS.”

“Rats always get got,” he concluded ominously.

The core of the Proper 12 rests on Lobov’s claim that he was the one with the original idea for the whiskey and even helped develop the initial deal. In December, Lobov released text messages allegedly showing McGregor intending to share a piece of the company with him.

While his legal battle continues, McGregor is also still fighting to return to the cage. “Notorious” was supposed to headline this weekend’s UFC 303 card against Michael Chandler but withdrew from the event due to injury.

There is no set timeline for his return.
