Darren Till will make his boxing debut against Moh Mutie in a four-round cruiserweight bout at Social Knockout 3 this Saturday in Dubai, following his departure from the UFC.
Darren Till is stepping into the boxing ring this weekend.
Multiple sources confirmed to MMA Fighting that the former UFC title challenger will face Moh Mutie, a veteran of UAE Warriors, at Social Knockout 3. The promoter announced this match-up earlier.
The event is set for Saturday at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.
Tom Khan, founder of Social Knockout, told MMA Fighting that the bout will be four rounds in the cruiserweight division.
This marks Till’s first fight since leaving the UFC after losing three consecutive bouts and five out of his last six.
His final appearance in the octagon was a loss to current UFC middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis at UFC 282 in December 2022.
Originally, Till was slated to fight Julio Caesar Chavez Jr. on July 20 during Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson’s initial date. However, with event changes, Paul now fights Mike Perry while Chavez faces Uriah Hall.
Mutie has a record of five pro MMA fights under his belt. Known as “The Palestinian Gorilla,” he fought to a draw and secured a first-round TKO victory in his last two matches for Middle East Fighting Championship.
Social Knockout 3 features social influencers battling it out and will stream on Ex-Sports.TV for $9.99.
Get ready for an exciting night!
