Darren Till and Tommy Fury’s press conference for their upcoming boxing match on January 18 in Manchester turned chaotic when John Fury threw water at Till, leading to heated exchanges and the cancellation of a scheduled faceoff.
Darren Till and Tommy Fury are cranking up the excitement. And guess who’s helping? John Fury, naturally.
On Tuesday, things got a bit wild at the press conference for their Jan. 18 boxing match. It all kicked off when John Fury tossed water at Till, sparking a near-brawl between the two camps.
Till was in full taunt mode, poking at Tommy Fury’s team. He even joked about switching to MMA tactics mid-fight if things weren’t going his way—like kicking Fury in the head.
“I just haven’t seen anything,” Till remarked when asked about Fury’s skills. “I’m going to obliterate him. Walk him down and obliterate him.” Bold words, huh?
Fury wasn’t having it, though. He shot back, prompting Till to double down on his wild threat.
“If I can’t beat you, I’ll just kick you in the face,” Till quipped. “How about that?”
Till wasn’t done yet. “I’m a proper fighter,” he declared, dismissing any notion of being intimidated by boxers or security in the room. “I’m an MMA fighter; if I want to kick or elbow you, I will.”
The trash talk escalated as Till bragged about sparring with Tyson Fury, Tommy’s brother. That really riled up John Fury.
In a fit of frustration, John Fury tried splashing water at Till from across the stage. Quite the scene!

Thankfully, no actual punches were thrown onstage, although they did cancel the scheduled faceoff between Tommy and Till.
Mark your calendars: Fury vs. Till goes down Jan. 18 in Manchester, England. It’s gonna be a showdown!
