Gadzhi Rabadanov became a millionaire by winning the 2024 PFL lightweight championship with a third-round knockout of Brent Primus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Gadzhi Rabadanov’s got a million reasons to celebrate—and he did it with flair.
Last Friday, in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Rabadanov clinched the 2024 PFL lightweight championship. How? With a jaw-dropping third-round knockout against former Bellator champ Brent Primus.
Rabadanov made his presence known from the get-go, mixing grappling and striking that kept Primus on edge. Yet, the seasoned Primus hung in there. Until round three. That’s when Rabadanov unleashed a killer combo of hooks that floored Primus. A couple of extra punches sealed the deal, securing Rabadanov a cool $1 million prize.
Catch the brutal highlight below. Seriously, it’s a must-see.
Interestingly, both fighters share a Bellator past. Rabadanov switched to PFL this year for the lightweight season. His journey wasn’t all fireworks initially—two lackluster decision wins got him into the playoffs. But then he knocked out Michael Dufort in the semis to grab his title shot. Now? He’s boasting a career record of 24-4-2. Not too shabby!
