Social influencer Logan Paul has signed a new multi-year deal with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
Logan Paul, the 28-year-old social influencer-turned-boxer and professional wrestler, has inked a new multi-year deal to remain with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Paul initially announced the signing on Instagram, but terms of the deal were not disclosed. After initially signing with WWE in 2022 for a one-year deal involving multiple events, Paul’s latest agreement will reportedly keep him in the professional wrestling business for several years as he continues to develop as a talent for the organization.
Speaking to ESPN about his new contract, Paul expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, saying, “I feel incredibly blessed to have found something that I’m good at, at 28 years old. And the fact that the organization believes I’m good enough to continue hopefully building this WWE legacy is mind blowing.” Paul first appeared in WWE in 2021 with a few guest spots on television but made his in-ring debut in 2022 at WrestleMania 38. Impressed with his athleticism and adaptability, WWE signed him a few months later.
Most recently, Paul participated in WrestleMania 39, facing Seth Rollins in a high-profile matchup during the two-night event. Known for his high-flying moves, Paul accidentally crashed through his business partner, KSI, during a spot in the match after jumping off the top rope to the outside of the ring. Although Paul continues to tease a return to the boxing ring, it is unclear whether his new WWE deal will prevent him from doing so.
This news comes after WWE sold a majority share in the company to Endeavor, with plans to merge the professional wrestling outfit with the UFC before going public later this year. Endeavor now owns both organizations, with Vince McMahon still overseeing WWE and Dana White doing the same at the UFC. The deal with Paul was orchestrated by McMahon’s son-in-law, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, who leads the creative team at WWE.
