Nate Diaz Battery Charge Dismissed After 2024 Las Vegas Nightclub Incident

A judge dismissed a misdemeanor battery charge against Nate Diaz, clearing him of any penalties related to an alleged altercation outside a Las Vegas nightclub in August 2024.

Nate Diaz? Yeah, he’s in the clear now. A judge just tossed out a misdemeanor battery charge against him related to some alleged nightclub scuffle in Vegas back in August 2024.

Diaz’s team confirmed it to MMA Fighting. Checked the online court records too—yep, case dismissed.

So what happened? The whole mess kicked off outside Omnia nightclub at Caesar’s Palace. It’s Vegas, after all.

Apparently, Diaz and his crew were holding up the line. A security guard from Omnia approached to see what was up. Things got heated when Diaz supposedly pushed the guard, who pushed back, leading to Diaz allegedly landing an open right hand on the guard’s face.

There’s a video floating around from September. It shows Diaz shoving someone by the face, glasses flying off, then more people jumping in to calm things down.

By the time the cops showed up, Diaz had already left the scene. Quick exit!

But now? He’s totally off the hook. No charges, no penalties—judge said so.

Oh, and about fighting: Diaz last stepped into the ring in July 2024, winning a decision over Jorge Masvidal in California. He’s been hinting at a UFC return but says current fighters don’t impress him much. His words: “there’s nobody doing shit in the UFC.” Bold as ever!
