Paige VanZant to Return for BKFC Fight in Early 2025

Paige VanZant, despite previous losses, is set to return for at least one more fight in BKFC in early 2025, as confirmed by BKFC president David Feldman, who values her impact on the promotion.

It’s been almost four years since Paige VanZant stepped into the BKFC ring. But her bare-knuckle journey isn’t over yet.

After a nine-fight stint with the UFC, VanZant became one of BKFC’s most high-profile signings in 2020. She faced decision losses against Britain Hart and Rachael Ostovich. A third fight was planned for 2022 but got canceled.

Recently, VanZant has kept busy with Dana White’s Power Slap. She’s also signed with the Global Fight League, set to launch in 2025. Yet, she found time to chat with BKFC president David Feldman about her future in bare-knuckle fighting.

“[Paige] was at the Hard Rock fight last week, and we talked,” Feldman shared with MMA Fighting. “I asked, ‘Are we going to do this or what?’ She replied, ‘I’ve got one more fight on my contract, let’s go.’”

VanZant might be eyeing another fight first, but she’s definitely in BKFC’s early 2025 plans. Both sides are eager.

Despite her initial struggles in BKFC, Feldman remains committed to giving her another shot. It’s more than just her performance in the ring.

Since its inception, BKFC has booked viral fights and made splashy signings. VanZant’s entry in 2020 was a standout moment.

Feldman won’t forget that impact. If VanZant wants another BKFC fight, he’ll make it happen.

“I never forget what people did for us,” Feldman remarked. “We paid her ten times more than UFC did, and she moved the needle big time. People were shocked: ‘Paige VanZant’s fighting bare-knuckle? That’s wild!’ I’ll never forget that.”

“She’s coming back for at least one more fight, guaranteed by early 2025.”
