Ronda Rousey, a pioneering figure in women’s MMA and former UFC champion, announced the birth of her second daughter with husband Travis Browne on Instagram, marking her as a mother of two.
Ronda Rousey has just become a mom again. Yep, two kiddos now!
On Thursday, she shared the big news on Instagram. Her second daughter, Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne, was welcomed into the world. The post showed her eldest daughter meeting her new sister in a hospital bed. Heartwarming stuff.
Back in July, Rousey announced her pregnancy at San Diego Comic-Con. She’s married to former UFC heavyweight Travis Browne. Their first daughter, La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne, was born in 2021.
Rousey’s a legend in MMA circles. Seriously, she’s a trailblazer for women’s MMA. She made history as the first female UFC champ, holding the bantamweight title for almost three years with six successful defenses.
After a couple of tough losses, she stepped away from MMA. Then she switched gears to pro wrestling and found success there too. But by 2023, she’d retired again due to concussions and a rocky relationship with WWE. Life’s twists and turns, huh?
