Themba Gorimbo’s in a bit of a pickle. He’s gotta find a new opponent for his upcoming UFC match. And boy, he didn’t hold back on letting his original opponent know exactly how he felt before moving on.
Gorimbo confirmed a scoop from MMA Mania. Kiefer Crosbie, his initial opponent, had to back out of their Feb. 3 bout at the APEX. Why? An injury. Gorimbo, also known as “The Answer,” took to Twitter to spill the beans. He even shared screenshots of their social media banter.

It’s never nice to hear opponent got injured.
This guy had so much to say about me and now i guess he needs the insurance.
Lesson is ( don’t be a hater )
Be Lekker and good things shall come your way .

Gorimbo’s words? “It’s never nice to hear opponent got injured,” he said. “This guy had so much to say about me and now I guess he needs the insurance. Lesson is, don’t be a hater. Be Lekker and good things shall come your way. Case closed.”
Gorimbo’s not new to the octagon. He’s been there twice since signing with the UFC. His debut? Not so hot. He lost to A.J. Fletcher via submission last February. But he bounced back. He bagged his first UFC win against Takashi Sato three months later. Unanimous decision, baby!
And guess what? His victory caught the eye of Dwayne Johnson. Yeah, The Rock himself. He gifted Gorimbo a house in Miami. Talk about a win!
